Phuket Waterfalls
Kathu Waterfall
Located in the center of Phuket, just a 10-minute drive from Patong Beach in the Kathu area. This small waterfall, which is active only during the rainy season, has several levels that can be reached by stairs. There is a small pool for swimming, although you won’t be able to swim in it due to the shallow water. The place is great for photo shoots, despite the unkempt area, which gives it a special charm. Unfortunately, the stairs are starting to crumble, and there are no plans for renovation in this area. So be careful when visiting and watch your step.

The largest stream of water is at the bottom, and you can also swim here during the rainy season. The trip can be combined with a visit to Ao Yon Beach and the old Phuket Aquarium.
