Description

Recommended for active family and youth recreation. Children from 8 years old are allowed as passengers with one of the parents. The program is accompanied by an English-speaking guide-instructor and a Russian-speaking interpreter.

There is also an option to upgrade the jet ski to Yamaha for an additional 300 baht per jet ski.

Tour Days

Daily - two departures: morning (09:30-13:30) and afternoon (14:00-18:00).

The exact departure time from the pier may vary depending on natural conditions, traffic, and other unforeseen circumstances.

Participants depart from Sunrise Beach Pier on Sire Island and, within a few hours, manage to visit several Andaman Sea islands, ride through mangrove channels, and meet elephants at one of Phuket's most renowned ethical centers.

Mangrove Forest Ride

One of the most unusual parts of the route is the jet ski ride through the mangrove thickets. These natural ecosystems play a vital role in protecting the coast and are home to a multitude of bird species, fish, and marine animals.

The route may vary slightly depending on the tides, making each trip a unique experience.

Visit to Phuket Elephant Care

During the excursion, there's a stop at Phuket Elephant Care – one of the most famous ethical elephant care centers in Phuket.

Coconut Island and Relaxation on a Private Beach

Все цены указаны без учёта возможной доплаты за трансфер из удалённых регионов: Равайи, Най
Харн, Панва, Пхукет таун, Камала, Сурин, Банг Тао, Най Тон, Най Янг, Май Као. Чтобы избежать недоразумений просьба уточнять у менеджера доплаты перед бронированием.

Дети до 3 лет едут бесплатно без предоставления отдельного места и питания (как младенец).
Детский билет — с 4 до 8 лет. Взрослый билет — с 9 лет. На некоторые программы
детский билет можно приобрести только в зависимости от роста ребенка (аквапарк,
вечерние шоу). В случае, если Вы дезинформируете менеджера о возрасте или росте
Вашего ребенка, вся ответственность лежит на Вас (может быть отказано в экскурсии без возврата уплаченных средств). Менеджер вправе запросить паспорта детей для уточнения возраста.

Все цены указаны в тайских батах (национальная валюта Королевства Таиланд).

Оплата всех экскурсий происходит при бронировании. На данный момент доступна оплата
наличными батами курьеру при доставке билета, безналичная оплата батами и
рублями. Курс рубля запрашивается менеджером у обменника, так как возможность
прямого перевода на тайский счет отсутствует.

Курьер выезжает бесплатно во все районы Пхукета (кроме районов Лаян, Ао По, Най Янг, Найтон,
Май Као). Для вышеперечисленных удаленных районов стоимость доставки 200 бат
(вне зависимости от количества приобретенных экскурсий). Доставка билетов
курьером происходит в случае, если онлайн бронирование Вам не подходит.

Порядок остановок и время их посещения могут быть изменены на усмотрение проводящей компании (по причине погодных, природных условий, государственных праздников или иных
непредвиденных обстоятельств) без существенного изменения программы. Тайминг на групповых
программах указан в целях ознакомления и не является строгим к выполнению. Перевозчик вправе заменить транспорт на экскурсии без дополнительного уведомления и согласования.

Правила переноса туров, а также отмены и возврата денежных средств написаны на каждом билете, а также внизу описания каждой программы. Они устанавливаются Туристическим
управлением Таиланда.

Агенство не производит доставку забытых вещей во время экскурсий или трансфера. Пожалуйста,
следите за своими вещами самостоятельно. Не оставляйте ценные вещи без присмотра в транспорте и на остановках.

Rules for tour transfers, cancellations and refunds are printed on each ticket. They are set by the Tourism Authority of Thailand. Below is a detailed explanation.

Booking changes are ONLY possible during business hours (9:00 AM to 8:00 PM)
Transferring an excursion to another date is possible at least 24 hours before the start of the program (subject to availability on the desired date)
Excursion transfers are free of charge and can only be done once
Cancellation of an excursion at the tourist's request is possible at least 24 hours before the start of the program. If the tourist cancels the excursion, the travel agency will retain 30% of the tour cost
If a tourist cancels an excursion less than 24 hours before departure, no refund will be issued
If a tourist is a no-show for an excursion, no refund will be issued
If a certificate from a HOSPITAL* is provided, the excursion can be canceled at least 24 hours before departure with a 100% refund. The refund is only issued to the tourist named on the certificate. If the certificate is issued for a child/children, one parent receives 70% of the tour cost. No refund will be issued to the second parent or other tourists on the same ticket. They can proceed with the excursion as booked
If a tourist cancels an excursion at their own request during the excursion, no refund will be issued
If an excursion is canceled due to carrier fault or a storm warning (sea tours only), the excursion date can be transferred or a full refund can be issued
Rain is not an obstacle to conducting an excursion, and tours are not canceled due to precipitation. If a tourist refuses to go on an excursion due to rain, this is considered a voluntary refusal of service, and no refund will be issued

*Only certificates from Thai hospitals are accepted for consideration. Certificates from private clinics, pharmacies, or online doctors are not accepted. The medical certificate must include the patient's full name, information about the illness on the date of the excursion, and the hospital's stamp. All certificates are checked for authenticity to prevent document forgery. In case of document forgery, no refund will be issued, and the company reserves the right to contact the police
