Description

Children under 3 years of age travel free of charge without being provided with a separate seat on the vehicle or meals (as infants). Children aged 4 to 8 years receive a child ticket. Children aged 9 and over receive an adult ticket.

The program is conducted in Russian.

Tour Program:

07:30 — transfer from the hotel.

09:00 — visit to a cafe at the runway of the Phuket International Airport. Here you can enjoy drinks and take unique photos with taking and landing airplanes in the background.

10:00 — departure from Phuket to the mainland part of Thailand.

Quad bike ride (20 minutes).
Lunch at the viewing area by the Samet Nangshe Glass Bridge with a stunning view of Phang Nga Bay.
Meet the elephants: feed the animals and have the opportunity to take keepsakes photos.

13:30–18:30 — relaxation at Mantra Forest SPA. Guests have access to thermal pools, saunas, steam rooms, baths, and various relaxation areas.

18:30 — return departure to Phuket and transfer to the hotels.

Departure and arrival times, as well as the sequence of stops, are approximate and may change depending on traffic, weather conditions, and other circumstances.

Contraindications: PREGNANT WOMEN are prohibited from riding quad bikes; persons with acute exacerbations of chronic diseases are prohibited from participating in the excursion. Additional contraindications for the spa may apply in cases of skin diseases and depending on age.

Excursion "Phang Nga and Mantra Forest SPA" from Phuket — airplanes, the Glass Bridge and relaxation at a thermal complex

This new excursion from Phuket combines the most interesting experiences of the first half of the day with a full relaxation in the second half.

The main feature of the program is a successful combination of activity and rejuvenation. In the morning, you will see the region's iconic landmarks, take beautiful photos, and gain new impressions, and spend the second half of the day at one of the most famous thermal complexes in southern Thailand.

Cafe at Phuket Airport — airplanes within arm's reach

The first stop will be a unique cafe next to Phuket International Airport. Its main feature is its location with a view of the runway, from where you can watch taking and landing airplanes.

Unlike standard excursions, where for the sake of impressive shots of airplanes you have to walk along the beach in the heat, here you can settle in a cafe, drink coffee, and quietly watch airliners from a comfortable viewing point.

This is an excellent opportunity to take unique photos and start the day with vivid impressions.

Journey to the mainland — quad bikes and adventure

After visiting the cafe, the route will continue beyond Phuket. The first active part of the program is a 20- minute quad bike ride.

This is an opportunity to change the scenery a little, add some excitement to the journey, and see another side of southern Thailand.

Samet Nangshe Glass Bridge — panoramic views of Phang Nga Bay

One of the main attractions of the route is the famous Samet Nangshe Glass Bridge. This is one of the most impressive viewing areas in the region, from where you can enjoy a magnificent view of Phang Nga Bay with its numerous limestone islands and emerald waters.

Here you will have time for a walk, photos, and to become acquainted with the panoramas of the bay.

The feature of the program is lunch directly on the grounds of the viewing area. Guests can enjoy a buffet with Thai cuisine and the opportunity to enjoy local gastronomy with a stunning view of the bay.

Meeting the elephants

The next stop is meeting the elephants. Guests will be able to feed the animals, interact with them, and take keepsake photos.

Mantra Forest SPA — several hours of complete relaxation

Before booking, please inform the manager if you are pregnant or have chronic medical conditions or musculoskeletal disorders. If this information is withheld, the client is responsible. In such cases, the tour may be refused without a refund, and a return transfer will not be provided.

Prices do not include a possible surcharge for transfers from remote areas: Rawai, Nai Harn, Panwa, Phuket Town, Kamala, Surin, Bang Tao, Nai Thong, Nai Yang, and Mai Khao. The surcharge amount must be confirmed with the manager before booking.

Children under 3 travel free of charge without a separate seat or meal. The child ticket is for ages 4 to 8, and the adult ticket is for ages 9 and up. For some programs, the ticket price is determined by the child's height (water park, aquarium, evening shows). If incorrect information about the child's age or height is provided, the client is responsible. The tour may be refused without a refund. The manager may request the child's passport to confirm their age.

All prices are stated in Thai baht. All tours must be paid for at the time of booking. The manager will inform you of the available payment methods.

Ticket delivery by courier is available if online booking is not suitable for you. The cost depends on the hotel's location and can be confirmed with the manager.

We are not responsible for the services of other agencies or third parties, including providers of additional services and other tourists.

The order of stops and the time spent at each may be changed by the tour operator due to weather and natural conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances without significantly altering the program.

The timing of group programs is approximate and does not guarantee exact adherence. The carrier may replace the vehicle without prior notice or agreement.

The rules for rescheduling, canceling tours, and issuing refunds are stated on each ticket and at the bottom of the description of the corresponding program.

The agency does not retrieve forgotten items after tours and transfers. Please keep track of your personal belongings and do not leave valuables unattended in the vehicle or at stops.

Rules for tour rescheduling, as well as cancellation and refund policies, are written on each ticket. They are established by the Tourism Authority of Thailand. Below is a detailed explanation.

Changes to bookings are ONLY possible during working hours (9:00 AM to 8:00 PM)
Rescheduling an excursion to another date is possible no less than 24 hours before the start of the program (only if there are available spots on the desired date)
Excursion rescheduling is free of charge and only allowed once
Cancellation of an excursion at the tourist's request is possible no less than 24 hours before the start of the program. If an excursion is canceled at the tourist's request, the travel agency retains 30% of the tour cost
If the tourist cancels the excursion less than 24 hours before departure, payment will not be refunded
In case of a no-show for the excursion, payment will not be refunded
If there is a certificate from a HOSPITAL*, it is possible to cancel the excursion no less than 24 hours before departure with a 100% refund. The refund is only made to the tourist named on the certificate. If the certificate is issued for a child/children, one parent receives a 70% refund of the tour cost. The second parent, as well as other tourists on this ticket, will not receive a refund. They can proceed with the excursion according to the booking
In case of cancellation of an excursion at the tourist's request during its course, payment will not be refunded
In case of excursion cancellation due to the fault of the carrier or a storm warning (for sea tours only), rescheduling the excursion or a full refund is possible
Rain is not an obstacle to conducting the excursion, and tours are not canceled due to precipitation. If a tourist refuses to go on an excursion due to rain, this is considered a voluntary refusal of service, and no refund will be issued

*Only certificates from Thai hospitals are accepted for consideration. Certificates from private clinics, pharmacies, and online doctors are not accepted. The illness certificate must include the name and surname of the ill person, information about the illness on the date of the excursion, and the hospital's stamp. All certificates are checked for authenticity to prevent document forgery. If document forgery is detected, no refund will be issued, and the company has the right to contact the police.
