Mantra Forest Spa Description

Mantra Forest Spa is a unique spa complex located in a lush tropical forest, where nature, warmth, and water help restore your strength and find harmony of body and soul.

Guests can enjoy herbal and mineral pools, a Japanese onsen, ice and mud baths, saunas, relaxation areas, and an on-site café. The treatments promote improved circulation, tension relief, muscle relaxation, and skin care.

Pools and Relaxation Areas

Red Onsen Pool. A warm mineral pool with natural ingredients that give the water a characteristic reddish hue. It helps relax the body, improve circulation, relieve muscle tension, and restore strength through the traditions of Japanese thermal bathing.

Ice Bath Pool. A cold bath for recovery, improved concentration, and heart health support. It helps stimulate circulation, reduce inflammation, and alleviate muscle soreness.

Turmeric Herb Pool. A warm herbal pool with turmeric, known for its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. It helps soothe the skin, support circulation, reduce muscle fatigue, and restore body balance.

Tom Yam Herb Pool. A warm herbal bath with scents inspired by the famous Thai soup, Tom Yam. It helps you relax, improves circulation, relieves muscle tension, and provides a pleasant feeling of renewal.

Flower Bath Pool. A picturesque pool surrounded by tropical greenery, filled with fresh flower petals. The perfect place for beautiful photos, sensory relaxation, and rest in a luxurious atmosphere.

Mineral Mud Pool. A thermal bath with natural mineral mud designed for cleansing and exfoliating the skin, relieving muscle and joint tension, and improving skin condition.

Coffee Rejuvenating Pool. A warm bath with coffee extracts rich in antioxidants. It helps stimulate circulation, improve skin tone and hydration, reduce puffiness, and restore energy.

Green Tea Detox Pool. A warm herbal bath with green tea, rich in antioxidants. It helps soothe the skin, reduce puffiness and fatigue, and supports natural skin renewal and deep relaxation.

Please note: Natural ingredients in the baths may cause individual allergic reactions and irritation for sensitive skin. Please consider your own physical condition. Turmeric baths may stain swimwear, so we recommend choosing items you do not mind getting dirty. Certain types of baths may have additional contraindications. Detailed information regarding possible restrictions for each treatment will be provided directly at the spa center.

Contraindications: Individuals suffering from the acute stage of chronic diseases are prohibited from visiting the center.
