Changes to bookings are possible ONLY in
working hours (from 9.00 to 20.00)
Transferring your individual tour booking to
another date is possible at least 72 hours before the start of the program
(produced only if there is free transport on the transfer date)
Penalty for carrying an individual reservation
tour can be up to 50% of the total cost (each situation is considered
individually, the manager requests the amount of the fine from the carrier).
Cancellation of the tour at the request of the tourist is not possible.

or storm warning (sea tours only) it is possible to reschedule the date
excursions or full refund
Rain is not an obstacle to carrying out
excursions and tour cancellations due to precipitation are not possible. If
a tourist refuses to go on an excursion because of rain, this is considered
as a voluntary refusal of the service and no refund of payment is made

Thai hospital. Certificates from private clinics, pharmacies, as well as certificates from
Online doctors are not accepted. The sickness certificate must contain the name and
name of the sick person, information about the presence of the disease on the date of the excursion, stamp
hospital. All certificates are checked for authenticity to avoid forgery
documents. In case of detection of document falsification, refund
no funds are made, the company also has the right to contact the police.
