Description

One of the new products this season is a unique program to the islands of Phang Nga province and Krabi province. A very rich program with early departure, which will allow you to visit the most beautiful places without crowds of people.

Tour program:

This program is very dependent on natural conditions - ebbs and flows. The description provides 2 options depending on the water level.

Option 1: low tide in the morning.

05.10-5.30 — departure from the hotel to the pier;

arrival at the Royal Phuket Marina pier, meeting the guide, briefing, tea/coffee break, mini-breakfast;
departure to the islands of Phan Nga province (around 6.45 - time indicated is approximate);
inspection of Panak Island;
landing on James Bond Island, a walk and the opportunity to take photos before the arrival of a large number of tourists;
canoeing near cliffs, mangroves and caves;
visit to the sea gypsy village of Panyi Island, lunch at a restaurant on the seashore;
departure to Krabi province;
inspection of the island of Kudu Yai;
a visit to Hong Island in Krabi province, a beach holiday and the opportunity to visit the observation deck;
Naka Noi island - beach holiday;
departure to Phuket (approximately at 14.45)
arrival at the pier and departure to hotels in Phuket.

Option 2: morning tide.

Departure and arrival times and the sequence of stops are approximate and may vary depending on traffic, weather conditions and other circumstances.

Contraindications: pregnant women, children under 1 year of age, persons during exacerbation of chronic diseases and with diseases of the musculoskeletal system are prohibited from attending the excursion.

Order of stops and visiting timescan be changedat the discretion of the conducting company (due to weather, natural conditions, public holidays or other

programs is indicated for informational purposes and is not strict for implementation. The carrier has the right to replace transport for excursions without additional notice or approval.

The rules for rescheduling tours, as well as cancellations and refunds are written on each ticket. They are set by the Tourism Authority of Thailand. Below is a detailed transcript.

Changes to bookings are possible ONLY during business hours (from 9.00 to 20.00)
The excursion can be rescheduled to another date no less than 24 hours before the start of the program (only if there are places available on the desired date)
The transfer of the excursion is free of charge and only once
Cancellation of the excursion at the request of the tourist is possible at least 24 hours before the start of the program. If the excursion is canceled at the request of the tourist, the travel agency withholds 30% of the tour cost
If a tourist cancels an excursion less than 24 hours before departure, the payment will not be refunded.
If you do not go on an excursion (no show), payment is not refundable
If you have a certificate from the HOSPITAL*, the excursion can be canceled at least 24 hours before departure with a 100% refund. Refunds are made only to the tourist indicated in the certificate. If the certificate is issued for a child/children, then 70% of the tour cost is returned to one parent. There is no refund for the second parent, as well as other tourists on this ticket. They can go on excursion as per booking
In case of cancellation of the excursion at the request of the tourist during its implementation, payment will not be refunded
In case of cancellation of the excursion due to the fault of the carrier or storm warning (sea tours only), it is possible to reschedule the excursion date or a full refund
Rain is not an obstacle to the excursion and the tour cannot be canceled due to precipitation. If a tourist refuses to go on an excursion due to rain, this is regarded as a voluntary refusal of the service and no refund will be made.

*Only certificates from a Thai hospital are accepted for consideration. Certificates from private clinics, pharmacies, and certificates from online doctors are not accepted. The illness certificate must contain the first and last name of the sick person, information about the presence of the disease on the date of the excursion, and the hospital stamp. All certificates are checked for authenticity to avoid document falsification. If the fact of forgery of documents is detected, no refund will be made, and the company also has the right to contact the police.
