1. All prices are quoted in Thai Baht (the national currency of the Kingdom of Thailand).
2. Before booking, please inform the manager if you are pregnant, have chronic illnesses, or have musculoskeletal disorders. If you conceal this information from the manager, you will be held responsible (and may be refused the excursion without a refund).
3. All prices are quoted without the possible extra charge for transfers from remote areas: Rawai, Nai Harn, Panwa, Phuket Town, Kamala, Surin, Bang Tao, Nai Thon, Nai Yang, Mai Khao. To avoid misunderstandings, please check with the manager about extra charges before booking.
4. Children under 3 years old travel free without a separate seat or meal (like an infant). A child's ticket is for ages 4 to 8. An adult ticket is for ages 9 and up. For some programs, a child's ticket can only be purchased based on the child's height (water parks, evening shows). If you provide misinformation to the manager about your child's age or height, you will be held fully responsible (you may be refused the excursion without a refund). The manager has the right to request children's passports to verify their age.
5. The courier service is free to all areas of Phuket (except Layan, Ao Po, Nai Yang, Naithon, Mai Khao areas). For the aforementioned remote areas, the delivery cost is 200 baht (regardless of the number of excursions purchased). Courier ticket delivery is available if online booking is not suitable for you.
6. Information support during your holiday is provided ONLY to our company's clients. We are not responsible for the services of other agencies, or third parties (suppliers of additional services and other tourists) during the excursion.
7. The order of stops and the time of their visits may be changed at the discretion of the operating company (due to weather, natural conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances) without significant alteration to the program. The timing for group programs is for informational purposes and is not strictly binding. The carrier has the right to replace the transport for the excursion without additional notice or agreement.
8. For two-day programs, the price is per person based on double occupancy in a hotel. In case of single occupancy on Phi Phi Don island, an extra charge of 1000 baht applies. In case of single occupancy on Cheo Lan lake, an extra charge of 1500 baht applies.
9. The rules for rescheduling tours, as well as cancellations and refunds, are written on each ticket. They are set by the Tourism Authority of Thailand. 10. The agency does not deliver forgotten items during excursions or transfers. Please keep track of your belongings yourself. Do not leave valuable items unattended in transport and at stops.
