The Magic Carnival (Carnival Magic) entertainment center opened in Phuket in 2022. It is a whole complex made in the style of Disneyland. Here you will see souvenir shops, a petting mini-zoo, playgrounds, small attractions, parades, and bright light decorations. Festive mood guaranteed!

Recommended for family holidays. Children's ticket according to height from 101 to 140 cm

The complex includes ( 40 acres) :

Kingdom of Lights,
main street (where the carnival parade takes place),
Kamala River Palace,
River of Bliss,
Bird of Paradise restaurant,
several eateries and bars,
mini zoo,
children's playroom with a crocodile racing track, trampolines, slide, train,
photo zones and interactive entertainment for children.

The complex opens at 17.30 . Upon entry, each visitor is given a sticker on their clothing and given a ticket . It cannot be removed until you board the return transfer (if included) or until the end of the performances and exit the center (if the transfer is not included). Tickets must be shown upon entry to the grounds, upon entry into the restaurant (if dinner is included), and upon entry into the main show.

Children (with a children's ticket) are given a free magic wand , which includes interactive areas throughout the center (staff will show you how to use it). There is no need to return it after the end of the performance; it remains as a gift for the child . Babies are not given a magic wand; they can be purchased upon request.

Alcoholic drinks and a la carte drinks are paid in additional cash in baht , as are snacks in bars and cafeterias.

Mini-attractions, shooting ranges, and games room are paid additionally at the center's box office.

The restaurant is open from 17.30 to 20.30 .

Photo and video shooting is allowed on the territory, but upon entering the main show, all equipment will need to be left in the storage room.

It is prohibited to bring your own food and drinks into the complex.

The Kingdom of Lights attraction opens after the end of the main parade. At the entrance, you can rent an electric car for an additional fee if you are not ready for a walk.

The main carnival-style show starts at 20.30 and lasts 50 minutes.

It is prohibited to visit the complex in swimwear (bikini, pareo, transparent beachwear).

The rules for rescheduling tours, as well as cancellations and refunds are written on each ticket. They are set by the Tourism Authority of Thailand. Below is a detailed transcript.

Changes to bookings are possible ONLY during business hours (from 9.00 to 20.00)
The excursion can be rescheduled to another date no less than 24 hours before the start of the program (only if there are places available on the desired date)
The transfer of the excursion is free of charge and only once
Cancellation of the excursion at the request of the tourist is possible at least 24 hours before the start of the program. If the excursion is canceled at the request of the tourist, the travel agency withholds 30% of the tour cost
If a tourist cancels an excursion less than 24 hours before departure, the payment will not be refunded.
If you do not go on an excursion (no show), payment is not refundable
If you have a certificate from the HOSPITAL*, the excursion can be canceled at least 24 hours before departure with a 100% refund. Refunds are made only to the tourist indicated in the certificate. If the certificate is issued for a child/children, then 70% of the tour cost is returned to one parent. There is no refund for the second parent, as well as other tourists on this ticket. They can go on excursion as per booking
In case of cancellation of the excursion at the request of the tourist during its implementation, payment will not be refunded
In case of cancellation of the excursion due to the fault of the carrier or storm warning (sea tours only), it is possible to reschedule the excursion date or a full refund
Rain is not an obstacle to the excursion and the tour cannot be canceled due to precipitation. If a tourist refuses to go on an excursion due to rain, this is regarded as a voluntary refusal of the service and no refund will be made.

*Only certificates from a Thai hospital are accepted for consideration. Certificates from private clinics, pharmacies, and certificates from online doctors are not accepted. The illness certificate must contain the first and last name of the sick person, information about the presence of the disease on the date of the excursion, and the hospital stamp. All certificates are checked for authenticity to avoid document falsification. If it is discovered that documents have been falsified, no refund will be made; the company also has the right to contact the police.
