“Authentic South Thailand” Excursion from Phuket — Yao Yai, Hong, Pak Bia and Laem Haat Islands
The “Authentic South Thailand” excursion is an unusual journey that combines an introduction to the traditional life of the Thai islands, interaction with elephants, and relaxation amid the picturesque landscapes of the Andaman Sea.
Unlike classic boat tours, here you can look forward to more than just relaxation on the beach. You will learn about the daily lives of the residents of Yao Yai Island, their way of life, traditions, crafts, and culture, and then set off to explore the picturesque islands of Krabi Province.
A boat journey from Phuket
The day begins with a transfer from the hotel to the pier. Before departure, guests will meet the guide, receive a briefing, and enjoy a light breakfast with tea or coffee.

Speedboats are used for the journey, allowing comfortable travel between the islands and the route's attractions.

Yao Yai Island — an introduction to the real Thailand
The first major stop is Yao Yai Island, where the leisurely atmosphere of traditional island life is still preserved. Here you can learn about the local culture, way of life, and activities that have for many years remained part of the islanders' daily lives. Travel between stops will not take long and will be by Thai tuk-tuk.

Elephant Center — interaction without rides or chains
One of the most interesting experiences of the program is visiting the elephant center. Here, guests will be able to feed the animals, interact with them, and go for a walk with an elephant.

This is an opportunity to learn more about these amazing animals, observe their behavior, and spend time near them without traditional tourist rides or the use of chains.
Those who wish may feed the baby elephants sugarcane or bananas for an additional fee.

Traditional Craft House
The next stop will introduce guests to traditional crafts and the unique way of life of the local population. You will watch traditional Krajud bag weaving and learn more about this craft.

You will learn how rice is processed, and learn about the process of harvesting and preparing coconuts. A unique feature of the program is a demonstration of harvesting coconuts with the help of a specially trained monkey.

After harvesting, the coconuts are processed, and the introduction to local traditions will conclude with a tasting of the popular Thai dessert mango sticky rice — sticky rice with juicy mango.
Lunch with traditional Thai dishes
Lunch in a national style is included on the island. Guests will enjoy traditional Thai cuisine prepared without spice. This is a great opportunity to learn about local cuisine and try new flavors in a comfortable setting.

Hong Island — a turquoise lagoon and a panoramic lookout point
After learning about island life, the route continues in Krabi Province. One of the most beautiful stops will be Hong Island, known for its picturesque landscapes, white sand, and crystal-clear water.
Here you can enjoy time for beach relaxation, swimming, and walking around the island.

The Hong Island Viewpoint deserves special attention — a lookout point from which you can enjoy a stunning panorama of the Andaman Sea and the surrounding islands. Climbing the stairs will require a little effort, but the views from the top are definitely worth it.

The program also includes a visit to the famous lagoon on Hong Island. Please note that you can only enter the lagoon by boat at high tide, so the opportunity to visit depends on the water level.
Pak Bia Island — snorkeling among coral reefs
The next stop is Pak Bia Island, another picturesque spot in Krabi Province.
Here you can enjoy time for snorkeling near the coral reef. In the crystal-clear water, you can observe the underwater world of the Andaman Sea, view corals, and tropical fish.

Laem Haat Beach — cinematic landscapes of Thailand
The island portion of the journey concludes at Laem Haat Beach, known for being the filming location of the Hollywood movie “The Mechanic” starring Jason Statham.
This is a beautiful location with an unusual coastline and picturesque sandy areas. Here you can walk along the sea, swim, relax, and take photos against the backdrop of landscapes familiar from the big screen.

After visiting the beach, the group departs for Phuket, with a transfer to the hotels upon arrival.
